Lou is wearing a vintage blouse from her mother's wardrobe (good job) with a beautiful floral pattern, black short Levi's (everyone's basic jeans), ankle sandals (she found them for very cheap at Gabriel Brothers), and a gorgeous leather bandolier from Target.
